I bought letters from Michael's Craft Store and just ironed them on to a blank shirt.
Good Luck.

I'd like to find a shirt for my son who will become a big brother next week. Does anyone know of anyplace locally (I'm in Lisle) that has them? Thanks!

I think they sell them in the hospital gift shops but I know they sell them at Babies r Us.
Hello,
I bought iron-ons from office max and made my own. It was really easy and I just ironed it on to a onsie. You can make it in any "print shop" type program or even Word. Hope it helps!
I was looking for the same thing and the only place in the area I could find was Babies R Us. Their supply was pretty limited, but I did find a cute one.
There's a store in downtown Elmhurst that makes them. It's called Jus Fun Fashions or maybe Jus 4 Fun Fashions - or something like that. It's on the corner of York & 1st. You could call them first to see if they have any ready in your size, if they don't they will make one for you.

Local girl (orland park) that makes them (embroiders) very cute styles & you can have it personalized if you want!
I needed one recently (baby is 7 wks old). Babies R Us didn't have any. I would call your local BRU b/4 going there. I had to order one online b/c other stores only had big sizes (4T and up). Ridiculous, I know! Congrats!
