I didn't read everyone's responses, so I apologize if I repeat anything.
I don't think you can ask them to adhere to her schedule. The moms that I know who's kids are in daycare at that age..and I have a few...HAD to put their kids to bed earlier and HAD to stick to their bedtime routine. It took a week or so and they said it was awful, but the kids did adjust. My one friend took her son outside for a while, the read books in a quiet space and made dinner quick and easy to try to ease the transition. From what she said, at 13 months, he was going to bed at 7 (if he made it that late) and getting up for the day at 6:30-7.
My kid at 13 months was still taking 2 naps and still has to some days at 19 months.
