For 2 months now I just have felt pregnant...heart burn ( which I never have except when I was pregnant with my son), very crampy (never have cramps), in a bad mood for no reason, very tired in the afternoon but restless at night. I am on the pill and take it the same time everyday for years, have had 2 regular periods and have taken 3 pregnancy tests all coming up negitive. At night my stomachs just turns and gurggles but im not hungry or have to go to the bathroom. I am going to go to the doc after my next period if I dont feel better but just wondering if anyone else have experienced anything like this before? Its driving me crazy!

What can I do next?

It could be a lot of things - stress, diet, acid reflux, hormonal changes...

I was on the pill for a total of over 20 years, and did not have any negative side effects. And then just this year started having those symptoms you describe - heart burn/acid reflux, gas & constipation & bloating, anxiety and sleeplessness. I thought it was all peri-menopausal symptoms (I'm 51).

My doctor tested me for ovarian cancer (negative!) and also suggested I go off the pill just based on my age. I did. ALL those symptoms went away almost immediately. I can now eat & drink all the things that caused my stomach pain, I'm sleeping better, and I have NO hot flashes, anxiety, moods or anything. And perfectly regular periods, too...

I don't know how old you are but sometimes in your late 30's or early 40's it amounts to Peri-menopause - which is a process that can go on over 10-15 years before full menopause happens.
Hormonal fluctuations can be a cause for all the symptoms you are feeling.
It would be good to have your thyroid levels checked out too.
Try getting a little more exercise - take a walk - it can help with your sleep issues and is good for your circulation.
Acid reflux, gall bladder, stress, depression - all can have an effect on your digestive system.
It could be you've developed a food sensitivity - I use to love green peppers but they don't love me anymore - if I eat them now I get an upset stomach every time - I just can't have them anymore.
Write down all your symptoms and concerns and go get a general physical.
It's the only way to figure out what's going on / what's changed.

Maybe you just really WANT to be pregnant?
All the symptoms you describe I also only had when I was pregnant, VERY pregnant, like in the last trimester.
So just wait and see, that's all you can do :-)

I do and in my case it's all related to my anxiety and insomnia along with fibromyalgia and PTSD. I know I'm not pregnant and would be floored if it happened seeing as my tubes have been tied for years and I'm also on a b/c pill for hormonal issues. Have yourself checked out so you can be certain nothing is going on with you that you need to be concerned with.

ooohhhh....It could be hormones...even though you are on the pill your body changes....hormones surge and drop.

Personally? that it's been 2 months? I would call my doctor today and ask for an appointment - not same day - but within the next week - have a blood draw done and have my Thyroid checked as well as a pregnancy check.

Good luck!!
