What Type of Fruit Would You Serve with Homemade Pumpkin Bread?

My daughter turns 10 :( on Wednesday and I am bringing her favorite homemade pumpkin bread with whipped cream to her class on her birthday and I wanted to pair it with fruit, any suggestions? My kids put any fruit with anything, but I know there are fussy eaters there too, so if there is a fruit that compliments pumpkin bread, I would love your ideas!
Thanks!

Have to agree: Apples! I like to pair things seasonally, and since both apples and pumpkins are in season, it's a natural. Grapes too. Many people assume grapes are a summer fruit but their season is really late summer and fall, so it's in full swing now. Farmer's markets have the best ones!

I would think bananas would pair nicely & are very kid friendly. Peaches would probably go well too. However, I think kids are totally oblivious to taste pairings and you could go with any kid friendly fruit & they'd be happy!

Apples! Buy those baby gala apples so they can each have their own and since they are so small, they'll probably finish them too!

Apples go with just about anything. Also raisins are one of my favorite to put in pumpkin bread so why not serve them with it?? Grapes would be a good choice as well. Kids think they are fun and they are tasty & nutrious! Happy birthday to your daughter.
