We all do. If you can't shake it after a while, seek help. This time of year (winter) can be really hard for some people so if you find you are often depressed in the winter, you may have SADD.
Have you ever gone through a time when you are super emotional? For the last several weeks I have been super teary eyed. I don't have a problem with emotion. I don't mind the occasional cry. But, I'm talking about crying while watching Project Runway or Worst Cooks in America. That strikes me as not normal.
I'm not depressed. Have been feeling motivated, doing my hair and makeup, getting out of the house, laughing and enjoying my friends and family. So, none of the things one would normally ascociate with depression.
So, I guess I'm wondering if any of the other moms out there have just gone through a season where they are more sensitive or tender hearted?
Definitely not pregant!! My husbands had a vascectomy and went back to make sure all the "swimmers" were contained.
Periods have been way off, so maybe hormonal.

Well, I've been sitting here at my desk tearing up all day off & on, but I have valid reasons (all to do with men, go figure, lol).
Granted, I wish I was one of those iron-sided women who never cries at anything, but I'm definitely not. I cry when I'm supremely happy, I cry when my feelings are hurt, I cry when I'm super angry, a whole variety of reasons to choose from! It does seem to be more prominent during the winter months & especially leading up to my period where if my husband so much buys carrots at the grocery store instead of celery I burst into tears. It's really ridiculous sometimes.
Yep happens for me sometimes - my cure is to sit down for a day and watch movies that make me cry and get it all out.
Yes-and taking vitamin D helps-get a blood test and see where your levels are
Only two things do that to me: PMS or pregnancy!
Might just be hormones. Is it near your period? This happens to me about a week away from mine, its annoying lol. But it does happen.
I get like that right before my period sometimes. I'm not a crier. I really only cry when I'm literally, physically angry/frustrated to tears! But I do get pretty sensitive just before my period, so maybe it's that? Just don't watch any Lifetime movies ;)
I get that way once a week, exactly when it will strike changes, probably hormonal
Could you be pregnant??
Hi, L.:
Yes.
You'll get the answer soon.
