You really should consult with a professional, such as a nutritionist. Most of your answers on here will be people trying to sell you stuff, so be ready for your inbox to blow up.

This helped for me to loose baby fat. I lost 30 pounds in 6 months.

Supliments:
Vitamin B Complex helps turn sugar into energy.
Fiber (Benifiber powder, just sprinkle it over food or in your drink)
Omega 3 and Vitamin E.. helps with muscle building, and keeps your skin and hair pretty:-)

EAT:

RAW veggies!! Trust me on this one.. if you don't like the taste, dip it in non fat veggie dip or Fat free ranch. (Make a salad using cauliflower, broccoli, spinach, Romaine lettuce, tomato, avocado, blue cheese or feta is fine.. (don't do processed cheeses.)

0 calorie spray butter - Parkay has 0 calories

More Protien
- 16oz per day!! YUP! That's about 5 oz per serving, three times a day.
(can be a protein shake or soy or meat)
(3 eggs a week limit)

Less Starch!
- no white anything! (No potatoes, no white rice/pasta/sugar/corn - substitute for Whole weat bread, brown rice, wheat pasta)

Nothing with more than 5g sugar in it. Read the labels.

Grill all your meat - I use a George Forman grill.

MOST IMPORTANT - DRINK ABOUT 32 OZ OF WATER PER DAY
-Not only does this flush out your system, but it keeps you from retaining all that unwanted water! When you feel your fingers or ankles are swollen... it means you need water! If you are thirsty, its too late.. you are becoming dehydrated already.. drink drink drink! Keep one of those big soda cups with you or a bottle of water at all times.. out of sight, out of mind.... keep it where you can see it.

Good luck!

ALSO... Have you had your thyroid checked lately? You might want to do that at your next checkup.

Great advice CAWriterMom!

The only supplement you really need to take is good, healthy, clean food.

If you're deficient in any area, your doctor (who knows your health history) will tell you.

Go up to Natural Grocers and talk to them about what you can take. People's Pharmacy has a supplement expert you can make an appointment with.

I am working on my last 20 pounds. Supplements/fad diets may help you lose the weight quickly but you will gain it back and sometimes you will get more. Drink 4liters (thats roughly a gallon) of water over the course of your day, eat a well balanced diet (i consume my carbs in the morning), and exercise. simply walking will get you headed in the right direction. However, always consult your doctor and a nuteritionalist before starting any diet or excercise plan. Good luck!

I found out my blood type and googled Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type and they have great supplements and things that are beneficial for your body and what things to avoid. It has been very helpful to me.

It is all depending on what your body needs. I would make an appt. with a naturopathic doctor. Or your own. They will at least be able to point you in the right direction! good luck and congrats!!

B-12 and Vit. D are usually the ones most often recommended. Your body may need more then those though. Or less.
