What Sounds Good for an Easter BBQ

I have been volunteered to host the family Easter dinner. They want me to throw a bbq. I was told if I did the meat, the rest of the family would do everything else. Pretty sure I got shafted on that one! But oh well, it's my turn. So, hamburgers and hotdogs for the kids. But what about the adults? Gramma usually makes a traditional ham dinner, but my husband has high blood pressure, so no pork for us. I want to give gramma a nice meal, but still affordable. What can I put on the grill to feed 6 adults affordably. It really needs to be a little more special than just bbq chicken, I mean, He is Risen! We're celebrating here.
I am going to make bbq chicken. I thought maybe with a jerk rub on it. Maybe a brisket? What else?

My parents used to do a standing rib roast. In the oven then on the grill to finish it. Delish, but not cheap!
