My favorite is 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup sugar, 1 egg. That's it, very low carb, low sodium. Make into 24 - 30 balls, smash flat with the bottom of a glass and C. for 8 to 10 mins. at 375.
Would like to make some but there are so many recipes out there, what is your favorite??????
