keratosis pilaris. use a loofah and a really good lotion (amlactin is usually recommended by dermatologists)
Hi Ladies,
I have an unsightly rash on both of my arms. It consists of little red dots in clusters. It is mostly on the back of my arms, but a little on the front too. I have seen other people with it, but have never wanted to ask a stranger what it's called. Has anyone had this or know of it? Is there some kind of cream I can use on it to get rid of it? I don't want to see a dermatologist if I don't have to.

It's keratosis pilaris. My oldest daughter has this as well and the heat seems to exacerbate it. There are special washes you can use, but we have not had any luck with them. Definitely use a loofah and Amlactin. I hate to say it, but we've only ever been able to minimize hers, not clear it completely. Good luck!
My friend has it there too. Hers is eczema. Try amlactin.
It's eczema. Chemicals, perfumes, and certain foods can trigger it.
Sometime sa rash on the back of the arms like yours (though it could be many things) can be yeast related (thus the woman who had it clear up with the probiotics in greek yogurt). You can take a probiotic pill, but having a dermatologist check it is the only way to know for sure. Best of luck.
If it is what I "think" your are describing...... that is usually a symptom of
B-complex deficiency. If you want to know what B works to get rid of it, let me know. All B vitamins supplements are NOT the same.
