Can anyone tell me how the momentum program works with weight watchers? Are you still starving all of the time? I have done weight watchers before, but my experience has been getting the points that I needed and starving in the process. Thanks in advance.

What can I do next?

The way WW is set up right now it's awesome.

I don't know if you were familar with the Core and Flex plans but the Momentum plan is a beautiful marrige of the two.

With WW there are no limitations on what you "have" to eat. You can eat anything, you just have to make sure you have the points for it.

I love it! I've been on it since 1/5 and have lost 21 ponds!

I'm not familiar with the program, but I have a nutricion person telling me to have a snack mid morning, and mid afternoon consisting of food no bigger than the palm of your hand, and she suggested a peice of left over chicken from the night before, a handfull of walnuts, or almonds, fruit, etc. and it sure keeps you from being hungry before the next meal, yet doesn't put on the weight, and it is all things that are good for you.

It's basically the same program as before (counting points), but now you chart your hunger cues before and after you eat and they offer a list of filling foods from which to choose to help you stay satisfied longer. I'm doing WW and love it. I've lost 15 pounds and I'm never hungry.

I've done ww since mid December and I've lost 35 pounds (my husband has lost 50). I'm NEVER hungry. For that matter, I eat more than I did before! The difference is the quality of the food I eat now. I do a lot smarter shopping. I eat lots of fruits and veggies and high fiber foods. Sweets are my downfall, so I allow myself 1 ww ice cream a day (and they are so good!) and I also eat one other sweet for lunch, like a pudding cup or a cookie.
