Lately Im sooo emotional. I feel like I did when i was pregnant where strange things make me tear up and want to cry : / Along with that, i get nauseous, exhausted, and crampy. So Im sure the first question is..are you pregnant? Well, i dont know. I started having unprotected sex again with my fiance 3 weeks ago, but the symptoms started literally within a week after that. (Except the wanting to cry, that just started a few days ago). I was off the depo shot in early February (Last shot in November). So what Im getting at is, can this be side effects of coming off the depo shot, which I never had while being on it. Or does this sound more like Im pregnant? Oh and I have taken a couple tests that came back negative, but I know its still early.

What can I do next?

This answer is more for each woman who wants to know if she is taking good care of herself. The medical profession has NEVER resisted using women as experimental animals for some BIG PHARMA invention.
The pill came out as 10mg daily dose. Today we use 1mg. Women and their doctors knew nothing about it. Only that it was a good method of birth control. The retrospective studies were done at Kaiser in California at the 12 year mark of it being widely distributed.
Then they found that it corrected thyroid disease so that the woman taking the Pill became fertile like other women. So it was a method of restoring fertility to women who had hormonal imbalances. Those women had children while taking the pill. Others had strokes, heart attacks, and illnesses that would have come on 20 years later had it not been for their genetics and the pill.
SO better screening methods were devised but so many doctors do not keep up. They just write a script and there you are an experimental animal.
The same is true for the DEPO. We don't know and neither do they.
Same with the IUD given without any information to women who had no way of knowing that it had been invented by an engineer not a doctor. Doctors inserted them not knowing that women under 5 feet, 4 inches would have bleeding and pain and all kinds of troubles because their bodies were to short to accommodate the size of the IUD.
You must do your own research. No one can trust a doctor who reads the literature put out by the BIG PHARMA promoting the latest products.

Have you had a period yet since going off the shot? I went off the pill in Dec and have not yet started my period. And at first I did have that random crying and on again/off again cramping with no period. It could be a side effect of going off the hormones.

It could probably be just hormones. They make us do crazy things. The only way you can be sure it's not pregnancy is to take a test. Relax your mind until time to reliably tell.
