My 4 year old and one of my daycare kids are playing "Halloween" and my daughter said, "Trick or treat means 'give me some candy' in sign language." Lol! I cannot stop cracking up! Has your little one said something adorable and off the wall today?

What can I do next?

my husband tried to call my cellphone (well let my 4 year old daughter call me) and I was at someone elses desk chit chatting and missed the call. So I call back and he let her answer knowing it was me and right off the bat she goes "mommy were you pooping when we called" I stopped right in my tracks and thought did she just really say that? Still made me laugh regardless.

Give me some candy, in sign language! Love it!

Well, my kids have recently been horrified by the wide array of "gifts" (read: small dead animals) that our hunter cat Daisy keeps bringing us. So the other day, my 6 year old youngest daughter runs into my bedroom first thing in the morning and says, "Mommy! I kept hearing noises downstairs last night! Do you think Daisy ate the tooth fairy when the tooth fairy came to get Kiki's tooth last night?"

We were out at the football game on Friday and my 4yr old nephew announced that he was hungry. We were at the top of the bleachers at the half time of our homecoming game so there was no way we were getting down so I told him he had to wait. He looks around and says "oh man, we need a girl." So I asked him why and he goes"hell-o girls are magical and have beautiful shiny hair and thats why boys like them, magical girls could get us to the food" lol.

Not today but my daughter turned 3 yesterday and we got a moonwalk(bounce house, jump castle) for her party. While she was on it before the party she told her older sister and a friend that she made the rules for playing on it.......... that she was quote

"majesty of the jump"

Later that day when we put her cake in front of her and she blew out the candles she said "i need a spoon" as if she was just going to dig in to the whole 1/2 a sheet!.......everybody laughed and she didnt get embarrassed, she loved it!

We were driving in the car discussing some topic and my 9 year old (Taylor) answered the question. My 4 year old then says, " I knew Savannah (7) was smart, but I didn't know Taylor was". We laughed so hard.....

My son was talking about his new flag football team. He said theres no hustle allowed, you just grab a flag. I was laughing at him, "brother, I'm pretty sure they want you to hustle." Then, my little girl piped up - Andrew "Huslted me!" lmao - I finally realized, they had hustle and tackle mixed up.

My 1 year old twins were cranky, so my 7 year said to them "Babies, try not to whine too much, it makes Mommy cranky sometimes" :) Don't forget to write these things in the baby book!

That's funny you asked this! I was about to put one on here like this too!! And your daughter is funny - and right!

My 4 year old slept with me the other night after he kicked my hubby out and around 4 am he asked me if my eyes were closed. (I had just gone to the bathroom so I was up). I told him yes. So he said I'm going to put on cartoons but don't worry, I'll keep the noise down. LOL. But 430 he was snoring again!

My 6 year old son asked me if I was put under a spell the other day. I was in a mood and everyone on the road was in my way so I was talking a lot. I thought it was funny that he said I was under some sort of spell!

And not funny, but so cute! I get my 4 year old from daycare at 1130 and take him home to get on the bus. I normally run in and grab my lunch then and ring it back to the office with me. My d8 year old daughter had stuck a napkin note in there for me - I do it for them sometimes and it was SO sweet of her!!

My youngest and I have some of the most interesting conversations. She hasn't said anything today but the other day she was talking about this huge peach she had in her lunch box and when she was eating it what people were saying to her. She said the janitor walked by and just smiled at her and "the janitor never smiles, probably because...well, probably because she's a janitor."

Once I fully suppressed my laughter I told her that people like all sorts of jobs that we might not like doing.

Last night my daughter had horrible gas. So I laid her in bed with me (at 12:00 after she tossed and turned in her bed since 10) and put on a movie to distract her, while I moved her legs around and rubbed her tummy. She looked at me and said.."Mama, why you look sad, why you rub my belly?"
I opened my eyes and noticed she was as happy as a clam, cracking up watching Toy Story 3...she must not have been in THAT much pain. lol

Last night my 5 year old son, Drew, asked if he was going to get boobs, because people say he looks like me, haha. This was after asking why his 14 year old and 16 year old sisters have boobs all of a sudden, infront of dad and their 3 other brothers (two 13 year olds and a 11 year old) so as cute as that was, i had to give "the worlds not gonna end" talk to my 14 year old, haha.
