What (Facial) Treatments Do You Get at the Beauty Parlor ???

I get facials every 6-8 weeks from Candace at Downtown Salons in Wylie - primarily for the relacation and TLC (amazing kindness) and because of the galvanic spa I use regularly her treatments are more effective - I have access to a line of skincare that not only pampers but lifts - and stops the aging process - I look dramatically better than I did 8 months ago when I started the products - "difference is demonstrated" Contact me if you are interested in learning more.

Ask the aesthetitician who is going to be doing your facial to analyze your skin, and tell her what you know about your skin (your concerns, any reactions you have had, etc.) She should be giving you a consult and analyzing your facial skin before doing your facial. (It's part of the process.) She will then give you options for your facial. I always like the deep cleansing facial with a rejuvenating mask, but sometimes I substitute a glycolic peel instead. Just don't get a facial right before a big event....They can sometimes trigger breakouts or reactions. Enjoy!

Maybe people gave you salon gift certificates because, looking 10 years younger, they believe that you must go to salons. Take it as a compliment! =) Since you must already have beautiful skin, I would only get a little facial, perhaps a massage, and manicure/pedicure. Enjoy.

Go for the works! I've had a facial once. Very, very relaxing! You'll love it.

Microdermabrasion. I did facials but the micro treatments actually change your skin for the better. I'll probably NEVER bother getting a facial when I can do a micro treatment for about the same $$$.

You forgot to mention your age....

Go for a good standard facial with massage then ask for recommendations. But be forewarned, there are a lot of expensive options...so stick to a budget.

If you're older you can have age spots zapped.

A basic facial is wonderful! They usually take about an hour. Enjoy! I'm jealous! LOL
