I see from a recent question that you've not had a period for 3 months and have had negative pregnancy tests. Because of that history I suggest that if the pregnancy test is still negative, they will do a pelvic exam as well as run some blood tests. They may also order an ultrasound that would most likely be done at another appointment. What exactly they do will depend on any other symptoms that you have.

I would calm myself. At this point there is no reason to believe that anything serious is going on. Our bodies just don't run like clockwork tho we often think they do. There is more likely to be something less serious going on then something serious.

The first thing they will do is take a urine sample to run a pregnancy test. Depending on the results....if you come back not pregnant, they will ask you what sort of medications you are taking including any contreception and may run blood tests to see if you are iron deficient and sometimes do a vaginal exam. I wouldn't really count on a vaginal exam however. Good luck!

Most likely they will do a pregnacy test and depending on the results may do an ultrasound.
