Hi!

I just finished weaning my little guy, and due to a goof up on my part, I ended up with five boxes of nursing pads I don't need (Lansinoh). (The bigger boxes.)

Do you all have any suggestions of what I can do with them? Thanks!

What can I do next?

Sell them on Craigs List. I love using Craigslist.com--it is free to use and local people that answer requests and sales. No shipping...no fees...a chance to help someone else out-what more can you ask for??

If you are wanting to just get rid of them for free, go to freecycle.org and sign up for your town. The purpose of the site is to keep stuff that is good out of the landfills. You just post what you want to get rid of, and then people email you and come to your house, office or where ever you want them to pick it up. I am sure that something like those would go pretty fast, and if you don't mind someone coming to you, it won't cost you anything. Hope this helps.

Craigslist or ebay are great ideas...for sale or free. Another option is to donate them to a local pregnancy crisis center or similiar place for expectant/new mother's in need. Another suggestion would be to email your friends and family to see if they know of anyone that might be in need. :-)

Good Luck!

Can you return them to the place you bought them?
There is a place called The Life Center in Elgin that would love to give them to needy moms. It's a pregnancy crisis center. I don't know where you live (if it would be too far to drive) but even if you have some clothes, toys or other things you may not want anymore, you could bring them all there at once. Their phone number is ###-###-####. Their hours are 10am-5pm M, T, W, F...10am-12pm on Sat....Closed Thursday and Sunday.
