What Charities Pick up Furniture?

I need to geet rid of a King Size bed. We are downsizing to Queen size. The Headboard and Footboard are very large "Paul Bunyan" styled furniture in Cherry Wood. The footboard needs a little repair where the rails meet the wood. The mattress and box spring are pretty old but are in decent condition.

I need to find a charity that will come and pick up this furniture.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Arc of Texas will pick them up. You need to contact them for larger furniture items and not just put it curbside when you get the mailers from them. We have donated large furniture items to them in the past. Here's there contact info. http://www.thearcoftexas.org/involved/donatehouseholditem...
