What Are YOU Asking for This Christmas?

A bat house and Dunkin' Donuts gift cards because I live on their coffee.

I doubt I'll get the bat house. Everybody thinks I'm crazy and they won't come over if there are bats living outside in a bat house. (There are plenty of bats around here, I just thought it would be nice to give them living options.)

I always ask for a day of peace and quiet. I never seem to get it lol.

Oh, something that costs money you mean? I want a vaccum w/extra loooooooooong extensions. I know, I'm boring...

New bath towels! I just realized that most of them are wedding gifts from 14 years ago!!

I was thinking of asking for an Ipod. But then I am sure my daughter and step daughter will take it over.

a dvd of all my kids' videos from birth to now, and a breville stainless steel wok.

I would LOVE to have a new rice cooker. Of course that benefits my family more than it does me. I guess I'll just ask for my usual Sephora gift card.

I never know what I want. But my husband always finds the most off the wall coolest thing ever. Even when he gets something as a joke it's cool. One year he got me a refillable stainless steel sharpie marker. I forgot what I was hinting at but he got me that (and the item I was hinting at LOL) and it is so cool! One can never go wrong getting me jewelry.
At this point all I want to ask for is help with all these stupid boxes! My birthday is next month and that's all I want to ask for it too.
There is a really long story about the house flooding and sick cats and rescue cats and pregnancy and baby and replacing broken garage doors the day before stroms and stuff that snowballed into the problem I have that I won't go into. But the short story is that I have found myself with no ability to sort things out, put things back on empty shelves and get rid of the storage unit I'm tired of paying for.
I would love to find the box of tree decorations this year so we can put the tree up.

dont know...if i want something i usually just go get it myself. if i don't it's because we can't afford it anyways. in this case i ask my parents for it not my hubby. for instance a new pot and pan collection. usually hubby and i will think of something together that we want and just get it. then we think of little things we think the other might enjoy to wrap and put under the tree.

A rug for the living room and a clothes hamper...

That is what I need.

My husband ALWAYS seems to find something Nightmare Before Christmas, that I do not already have...So that is normally my surprise.

I could use some perfume. And new jammies.

I want a new iPhone...we'll see...

lets see... since my husband wants a 400 dollar bow (he got a 300 dollar rifle last year)... i guess ill be taking the back seat again. so i have asked him for a hair dryer. he knows ill also be happy with gift cards.
i dont really care for gifts because my gift is seeing my daughter have a fantastic christmas (last year she hugged me and told me it was the best christmas ever she was 3) that just warms my heart.

uuummm for practical purposes, I need a new electric skillet...i use mine so frequently that it's getting bad.....and a bread slicer...

Wow, nobody has asked me that. Probably something soothing I can use since it will be more stressful having two kids. Perfume, some new clothes, something from Brookstone maybe. Mostly want things for post-partum care and things for the baby.
I kinda want the IPhone 4 too.

We don't ask each other for gifts. If something is needed during the year we do it. We don't make big deals ove Christmas and birthday gifting.

It means more to us to see our daughter healthy and ready emotionally to prepare for college.

Yes we give a "customary" gift but it's usually my for my salon and some basic undies or socks for him.

He gave me a high end sports car ( surprise) last new years eve for anniversary... I expect nothing for years after that. I'm a happy mama!!!

Clothes and shoes. Mama's wardrobe is sadly lacking :)

A BluRay player, because our DVD player's remote sensor doesn't work, and the buttons on the machine don't allow us to access the menu, so there are some dvds we can't even use anymore

Or....a Kitchen Aid stand mixer so I can FINALLY bake
Or....a day where he babysits all 3 kids so I can go to the spa without feeling guilty about spending $20/hour for a babysitter

Nothing, I've gotten everything I've wanted over the past few months and I'm getting an Iphone when my contract is up in February.

I was asking for a camera but mine died 2 weeks ago and after missing homecoming photos, I was not about to miss Halloween pics so I bought it already! Now I am asking for a smart phone but things aren't looking so great with our company so I'm probably not going to be willing to sign up for a 2 year contract until we see how year end shakes out. So I guess I'm back to square one!

I couldn't think of anything exciting either (certainly not that costs a reasonable amount!) so it occurred to me that time away kid free would be nice. So, I've asked for a night or two with my hubby away from home. My folks will be here so can keep the kids :)
