I don't think that there are any allergen free foods. Some foods are more likely to cause allergies but all foods can cause allergies for some people. I'm allergic or sensitive to many foods.

I know that rice is a good one to start with on an elimination diet because very few people are allergic to it.

S., the body creates sensitivity or allergies to food to protect itself. But it is really misleading. Allergies often are not to the food itself but to the process or harvesting, cultivation or processing. If you do some research you will find how many people who say they have allergies to a particular food actually can "out grow" it with the right healing of the body. And by healing of the body I mean nourishing it and cleansing it. The body is so bombarded with toxins that it develops "allergies" & "sensitivities" simply because it does not know what else to do. It can not process the amount of pesticides, herbicides and other garbage that is must do something drastic to defend itself.

I have worked with many families who said their child is "allergic to dairy" for example. When we started to feed the body correctly and help the body naturally cleanse the toxins out, the "allergy" all but disappears. This has happened even for the severest of peanut allergies. (BTW peanuts are not as healthy as people think the are...everyone should educate themselves ...Peanuts have large amounts of pesticides used on them...here is a mold that is often created on the peanut known as aflatoxin. This natural carcinogen is a very potent cancer causing agent that has been known to cause liver cancer and other negative effects. There is a slight risk for aflatoxin poisoning if you live in America but to reduce this risk follow this adviceBuy all peanuts products from America. Aflatoxin and its dangers are literally unknown in America due to regulation and awareness. Most problems usually occur overseas so be sure to buy your peanuts from the USA.)

Sure I will agree that some bodies are more sensitive than others, and yes they should be careful what they eat or are exposed to. But I will tell you, in my many years of practice, empowering families with positive food choices, the right nutritional supplements and a natural cleansing of the toxicity, most bodies heal themselves with little to no effort.

My favourite recommendation is www.ShakeAndCleanse.net.

There aren't any allergen free foods. People can be allergic to anything. I, just for example, am deathly allergic to watermellon, and mildly allergic to cumin. The cumin allergy has lessened over time (it used to make my mouth numb), and the watermelon allergy has gotten stronger.

it matters what allergens you want to avoid. I am allergic to aloe vera. Some foods have aloe vera in it. (oh and aloe vera is on the list of things you can't supposedly be allergic to.)
I have friend that is allergic to corn so you can't feed her anything with high fructose corn syrup.
If this is so you can have a party or something with only foods no one is allergic to you are out of luck. You will just have to ask them what allergies they have.

It's hard to say without knowing which allergens are you are inquiring about. There's a magazine called Living Without that you can purchase at Whole Food Market that you may want to check out. It's all about allergen-free foods. Here's the website: www.livingwithout.com.

I want more children too, I am actually getting married this September and already have two children. My FH is a great dad to the kids, infact if you ask them who their dad is they will tell you it's him. ANYWAY!

I want at least one other child with my FH. He is not on board at all and uses every excuse in the book from time management to money and so on.

We talk about it almost every week. He has started to see how important this future baby is to me. He has also started to bend a little.
I credit this to not getting upset with him but gently explaining how much I truely want this. I have told him that if I had to give up other "luxuries" we have in order to have a baby I will.

Good luck with this, I fully understand where you are coming from.
My prayers are with you!

Did you and your husband discuss how many children you each wanted before you got married? If you did and now he's changing his tune then he's wrong. You have feelings too and you came into this marriage with certain expectations that were encouraged by him. Now he's changing the rules. Compromise works both ways. He needs to be compromising with you too. Maybe if you want 4 kids and he doesn't want any more then you should have only one more.

But honestly, if you're in therapy for this issue then I'm not sure what more can be done. I mean, it should be made obvious to your husband how this is affecting you. If he truly cares about you, wouldn't he be sensitive to the effect this is having on you? Does he really want to make you miserable for the rest of your life with the longing for another baby. Men just don't understand how that can affect women. They think about money and time and convenience....they don't think about the tearing, burning need in their wives' hearts for another child. Maybe you need to find a new therapist if this hasn't been made clear to him yet. You don't need to be in therapy to "come to terms" with his decision. You need to be in therapy to find out why he feels like he's the one that gets to MAKE the decision all by himself.

Weird, it looks like everyone that was posting to the question above this one got attached to this question instead. To answer your question I don't really know about allergen free foods, but I would google search it if I were you and see what you can come up with if you haven't already.

I am assuming you are referring to milk, soy, wheat, eggs, peanuts, etc. If that is the case, a friend of mine used to make cakes, cookies, pancakes from Cherrybrook Kitchens mixes. I believe they are free of the "top" allergens. I find them at my local grocery store. I think Chex has a cereal that is gluten free. I don't know if any fruits and veggies are on the list but those would be good choices as they don't have ingredients. Without knowing exactly which allergens you are trying to avoid is is difficult to be more specific.
