Weird Sleep Behavior in an 11 Week Old

OK, my 11 week old DD just started doing this when sleeping.
When we put her down for a nap or for bed she wakes up 20 minutes later screaming. She does not do this in the middle of the night after a feed.
So for her first nap of the day, she'll sleep 20 min, cry, I'll feed her again, and she might go back to sleep. I then have to put her down again within an hour as she has not slept much, and needs another nap. And on we go like this throughout the day.
It is driving me CRAZY as I cannot get anything done, and I am chasing after another toddler as well, and she is getting jealous and acting up because of all the time I have to spend putting my other one down for her 10th nap!
She is very easy to put down, gives great clues that it is time to go to sleep, and I make sure she is well fed, swaddled and we use white noise.
Funny thing is at bedtime she does this as well, I feed her - she'll eat a tiny bit more, and WILL go back to sleep, unlike nap times where she often will not go back to sleep.
Any thoughts?

NO, it does not make a difference if I sleep with her (which is usually not possible as I have another one running around), put her in a swing, or the sling (it is still 20 min and she wakes) and she hates the car.,

What can I do next?

I agree with the moms who suggested reflux. My babies all had it- the prescription made all the difference. BTW, one of my babies also had reflux, but never actually spit up. She could be sleeping better at night from sheer exhaustion. Be glad it's not the other way around, like it was for me. I was up all night, which wouldn't have been so bad if she were my first and I could sleep during the day, but I had 2 other children to care for so I spent the large part of a month fighting to keep my eyes open. The doctor wanted us to try switching formula 1st- which didn't work and only prolonged my DS's misery- and mine as well. I was about ready to drop the baby off at the Pedi's house for the night so he could see what it was like ;)

There is more noise, during the daytime.

Gas?

Feeding enough?

Too stimulated before nap?

Over-tired?

Waking up screaming... tends to be gas.
But at night she does not do this?

My daughter as a baby, would wake too. She was sensitive to noises and anything. Even a toilet flushing down the hall... would wake her and she'd jolt awake, screaming.

Does your Toddler make a lot of noise when baby is napping?

Maybe she is uncomfy in her swaddled position? My babies did the screaming too, I think there hands or feet would fall asleep and they would get that "pins and needles" feeling. Thats painful to me, so I could only imagine how it is for a newborn!

My grandchildren had reflux. We finally found that they slept better in their car seat. It keeps them in a more upright position. It's also much like being swaddled. We fastened them in with the harness and then covered them with a blanket. We set the car seat in their crib. They often slept this way until they'd outgrown the seat.
