You are pregnant... this is what happens and what a woman feels like when they are pregnant... especially as you get farther along. It's common, I had all those symptoms too....
PLUS my asthma got worse when I was pregnant with my son... I could not breathe and had such a hard time moving around.
Its good to rest when you feel out of breath or tired or dizzy... just lay down.
Drink lots of water... to curb contractions or "Braxton Hicks" contractions- which is what you are feeling- this is why your tummy gets "cramps" and it will feel hard.
The aches and pains you feel is your body adjusting to pregnancy... the ligaments and muscles get looser... and even the joints. The sharp pains can also be due to your baby moving/kicking in your tummy... and yes, I had cramps too, especially at night, with both my pregnancies. This is also common.
YOU NEED to call and ask your Doctor... and just check with him/her.
Try sleeping on your left side... this is supposed to alleviate some of the pain/breathing discomfort when you are pregnant... this is what I did too.
But remember, for any questions/pain/discomfort you have, just check with your Doctor, just to make sure....
All the best,
Susan
