Our Dr told us that the baby has already digested the formula (thst;s why it's clear) and it's just excess that has come up / spit up...no worries. :-)
My 10 week old will spit up something clear every now and then-its really strange.
Is this spit-up or throw-up or acid reflux?

it could be any of them really. If its been a while since my daughter has eaten and she spits up sometimes its clear.(She has reflux and has just grown out of it) It could also be mucus. I am not sure but I would talk to the doctor if you are really concerned!! Good luck!
I wouldn't worry. I've got 3 children, and I remember the occasional clear spit up with all of them. Babies just have very delicate digestive systems, so it could be that he/she had too much too drink.
Call you ped, if you're super concerned. I wouldn't be too concerned about it. If you notice any blood or unusual colors (like bile) then certainly be concerned. Babies can spit up lots ... and still be just fine. My youngest was the worst spit-upper of my 3 kids - it eventually stops. :-)
