Weight Watchers changed the way I eat. You learn to pick protein, high fiber, low fat foods, lots of fruits and veggies. When I did it, which was before Points Plus, I could do 21 points a day. There are some foods that were zero points, like Cabbage Soup, I used to make a batch every Sunday. Also, tomato juice which I used to heat up and pretend it was tomato soup. Cool Whip Free was either 0 or 1 point. I still use it to dilute goodies like caramel dip and fudge sauce. A teaspoon of caramel dip with 2 T cool whip to dip apples slices. A teaspoon of chocolate sauce with 2 T cool whip to spread on a grilled banana. Sugar Free Lemon or Orange Jello made with cool whip. I also still add fiber to everything. Grind up All Bran cereal and add to a low fat brownie mix makes one cupcake size brownie very filling. Tacos that use 1/2 meat and 1/2 beans was one of my favorites - again fiber in the beans makes it so filling. Strips of peppers for snacks or zucchini chips. It really changes how you think about food and you do end up craving what you eat. You have to cook, though - I used to cook a lot of stuff on the weekends and freeze it and also cut up all my fruits and veggies to make it easier during the week. Good luck!
