Here is my question:

I need to lose weight 20 lbs. The problem is, when I lose weight I look like I am anorexic in the face!! It all comes of the darn face!
My cheek bones sink in-
Would you rather be chubby with a normal/full face
Or thin with a skinny face? LOL!!

Guess I could simply work out, however I want this extra fat off now.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Thanks All! yup, it's crazy..I lose a few pounds and i look gaunt. Yet, if I don't...I have a big ole bootay!!!
Wish I could take the bootay pounds and put them in the face. LOL~
I am just going to eat healthy and exercise...the rest? aw well ;)

My trainer for one day, it was a one day free type thing I won, told me that since I was trying to only lose 10-20 pounds to focus more on toning certain areas, which in the end will help burn of those areas that I am targeting instead of an over all work out.

The majority of my workouts target my belly, hips, thighs, butt... typical areas that women want toned/loss a few pounds (do these for about 45 mins - an hour depending on how long my daughter naps). Then I do an over all exercise for 30 mins like running or swimming laps to help my whole body be healthy (usually it is out running while hubby is home from work)..

Be lucky it comes off, but I have the same problem also. Right now I would love to have that skinny face again. =(

When I broke my knee I had to be on crutches. I lost 10 lbs in the first week just on my tummy tho. The crutches were fun to be on and it didn't even feel like an exercise. The weight stayed off ever since for some reason. it happened 7 yrs ago

I would try to lose about 10 and keep a little on the face. Just get to a weight where you feel healthy... eat healthy and exercise a bit and see how your body responds.
