I'm a firm believer (after trying every diet, many appetite suppresants, and misc. other tactic's), to lose weight, and honestly, you need to make a commitment to yourself to become healthy & active which is the ONLY way to lose it & keep it off. I've lost 53 lbs. on Weight Watchers (online) & becoming active. In the past year I have learned how to eat correctly & stick to a commitment of changing my life. I cannot tell you how good it feels to have accomplished this after 20+ years of being inactive & unhealthy.
