If all of the main ingredients are already frozen, why mix it up now? I would think that refreezing would water it down.
I'd wait until the morning of the wedding.

I am making punch for my daughter's wedding, which is in a couple of weeks, and would like to freeze it. It has frozen orange juice, frozen lemonade, as well as frozen strawberries in it. Is it going to be okay to let these thaw so that I can mix them up in the punch, and then refreeze them or what?

just wait to the morning of or a few hours before and make it. it would be a lot better and probably easier
If you defrost-freeze-defrost they will completely lose their texture. If you can do it the morning of, it would be better. Otherwise, premix the night before and add either some alcohol (if appropriate) or something "sparkley" like gingerale or flavored seltzer just before serving!
You will get that freezer-burned flavor.... and if you do put alcohol in, it will only be worse.
I say: Delegate! Find someone who wants to be helpful and let them take care of it. You can supply everything but you should really let yourself enjoy being Mother of the Bride not caterer or bartender.
If you would like a punch recipe that doesn't require already frozen stuff, let me know, and I will e-mail you one. Then you could make it and freeze it and then just let it thaw the day of. But the recipe I have is SUPER easy and you really would not need to make it ahead of time.......
i think you should put vodka in it and some smirnoff. that will make it amazing
