Self magazine has a great online tracking tool for exercise, diet and figures calories burned, eaten, and offer free weekly exercises, recipes, etc. Good luck.
Hi moms!!
Hope everyone's been doing well! I've finally taken my first step in losing my baby weight & just getting in better shape altogether, and have joined my local YMCA. What I'm wondering is if anyone can recommend websites that can help you make a fitness plan, make goals, track your progress, etc.
Thanks in advance!!

I also use sparkpeople.com. It's a great tool.
comprehensive, free, and full of sound nutrition/activity advice
www.nutritiondata.com if you're looking for something with more in-depth information regarding nutrition
sparkpeople.com (got tired of it after awhile)
fitday.com
weightwatchers.com
mydailyplate.com .... interesting site, the free version is all I ever use. You can enter in your current weight/height and how much you want to lose per week. It calculates your required caloric intake to achieve your goal. You then enter in everything you ate for the day and also any activity/exercise you did and it calculates how many calories you are over/under. It's a little tedious, but after about a week of tracking, you have a pretty good idea of how much you should be eating and moving to achieve your goals. The list of foods is very extensive and even includes restaurants, specific brands, etc. There is also a pie chart that shows the percentage of carbs, protein and fat in your diet. Good Luck!
