thats the only way my almost 3 year old will drink it. I fill a sippy cup a little over half way full and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds. This happens about 4 or 5 times a day around here- so I am a pro!
Ok this may sound weird but I have never made warm milk and the doctor told me to make my son some to help relax before bed I don't want to screw it up I will be most grateful for any help with this! Thanks!
Well I put some milk in a small mug for about 35 secs stirred it and tested it to make sure it wasn't to hot. And he took one sip and said he didn't like it. So I decided it was a good try and gave him a cup of cold milk in which he very happily drank. But thank you now I know how too warm up milk the correct way!

My sister's 3 year old will only drink warm milk. She just puts it in the microwave for 20 or 25 seconds. If you do this, make sure that the lid on the sippy cup or bottle is off, and shake it up afterwards so that it evens the temp out.
Depending on the microwave...we microwave it for 36 sec.
Be sure to mix/shake it up well to mix it up and not have hot spots that will burn your child.
If you are needing to relax your son before bed and he will not drink warm milk, try a nice warm bubble bath with the Johnson's bedtime bath right before putting him to bed. The aroma therapy and the warm bath may help relax him before going to sleep. Just a thought.
Heat up a bowl of water in the microwave and heat to boiling or near boiling. Then rest a bottle of milk in it to warm the milk within the bottle. Don't put the milk bottle directly in the microwave as it can heat the milk unevenly and cause you to burn your son's mouth. Good luck.
