Does anyone know of any scrapbooking clubs? I would like to start scrapping, but need inspiration! What about good scrapbooking stores? Does anyone scrapbook?
I love to scrapbooking I go to the dollar trees and dollar general, any craft store would have stuff. I really like michaels they have great stuff.
if you are looking for a great getaway to scrapbook, look at the Village Victorian Scrapbook Retreat in Dresden, Ohio. You can come with friends or join others that are scrapbooking that weekend. I love scrapbooking, but never seem to have the time or space! I have a ton of tools and supplies! My son is almost 4 and he's only 6 months old in his baby book, needless to say I'm a little behind!
I scrapbook as well. Maybe we could do a scrapbooking club for the moms and a playgroup for the kids? I work full time so weekends would work best for me.
I do scrapbooking and love it. I would love to start some kind of a club. My sister does it also and I'm sure would be interested. I have plenty of tools. Let me know if you are interested and maybe we can plan something.

Where do you live? Without a doubt, Archivers in Fairlawn is the best scrapbook store. It is solely a scrapbook store. They have an open table area in the back where you can scrapbook and use their scissors, ellison machine and paper cutters for free. On the weekends you can do it during the day for free OR you can pay 15$ and scrap from 5-11pm. That money includes one take home project dinner and dessert plus they give away like 4 door prizes. There is usually about 20 people there and you get to meet whoever you are sitting with. Everyone is very friendly. It is a good deal and they alwyas have lots of ideas for inspiration. If you are ever interested in going please email me...my moms group friends try to go one saturday a month.
I've been to most of the local stores and have been cropping for quite a few years now and have found that The Scrapbook Shop on Cleveland-Massillion Rd in Copley is a fabulous store. They run various lesssons from beginners to advanced & will teach you how to use any of the equipment you buy from there. They also have crops most Friday & Saturday nights and a full day crop the last Sunday of every month. Good luck and enjoy!
So have you started to scrap yet? I am a creative memories constulant and there are tonsd of new baby products out if you have not used them.
I do know alot of stores in the areas around here that have some great stuff. Let me know if you need help or ideas.

Where do you live? My friend is a Creative Memories Consultant and does a lot of crops in her home. You can find her on the Creative Memoires website - Dawn Valentine. She has a crop scheduled for October. She will not pressure you into purchasing product, but always has a ton of product and paper available at the crops!!!
