Wanting to Donate Items to Charity

Hello Moms,

I just came across a box of Advent bottles, pacifiers, a breast pump and a thermal carrying case. Most of the stuff was never used, the rest was rarely used. I'd like to donate them to a worthy charity, maybe one that benefits underprivledged moms with newborns in the NYC metropolitan area.

Can anyone recommend a charity?

Thanks,
R.

I would suggest giving it to CareNet (Spring Valley, NY) because they do exactly what you said.

Hi R.
That is so nice to take the time to think about others. There is a place right in Paterson where Mothers & Young Children live trying to get their lives on track. Call Eva's Kitchen and they will help you get the number.
That is also in Paterson.

Good for you recycling & thinking of others! I love it.
Tell me how it goes. :)
Best,

La leche league in your area- look up the chapter and see how & where you donate it--they accept these I think
Jessica Seinfeld's Baby Buggy . org or call ###-###-#### in NYC- they accept and were about donations for the needy parents of babies- for starters
