Wanting Liquid Multi Vitamins ?

Upon some testing at my doctors office I found out that my multi vitamin is triggering me to have migraines. Sometimes Those compact Multi vitimins are filled with a coating and or colorings that can trigger migraine headaches and I did not know that.

My doctor suggested me finding a good Liquid multi vitamin but I am not sure where to find them. Silly me I forgot to ask….

Does anyone know where I can get them?

Thanks

What can I do next?

I like Emergen-C. It's a powder you mix for every dose. I have no idea if it has the mix of vitamins you want. It's available at walmart, cvs, etc.

I have been taking these for years. Started off taking the liquid, but now they have chewables and have added probiotics, so awesome. Check out the website and let me know if you have any questions! http://www.GBGisIT.com

There are vitamins that don't use fillings and coatings like Raw One for women by Garden of Life. A lot of the vitamins in Raw One come from food sources, so it's easier for your body to process. It also has probiotics and enzymes in them. Liquid vitamins have to be pasteurized. You can pick them up at Natural Grocers (probably less expensive here) other vitamin shops or Whole Foods I'm sure.

Yes, PM me. What you want is a powder that you mix at the time you are going to take it. You don't want something pre-mixed as it breaks down over time. Pills are terrible anyway - about 25% absorption at best, not to mention the wax and shellac that coat them. So they are a bad investment anyway. If you give me your email address, I can send you an attachment from the Physician's Desk Reference that shows X-rays of undigested pills and also gives the info on coatings that your doctor is referring to.

I can tell you what she took, and if you want to connect with her directly, that's possible too. There is hope!
I have a friend who had terrible migraines since age 10, and she could not digest vitamin pills. She had stomach/digestive issues and wound up in the ER every time she ate certain things (e.g. popcorn, anything with seeds). She tried everything. She's been migraine-free for 11 years and has not been in the hospital for any digestive things.

I found this site last week. I haven't tried it yet but the nutrition facts look great and no artificial colors.

I usually get mine at Herb Mart in Mesquite but you can get them at pretty much any vitamin store.
