We were pretty high up for walking with dinosaurs, and we had a great view. You can see the whole "stage" from up there. It was well worth the money. Our kids were fairly young when we took them and they loved it.
Hi mamas!
My 7 year old daughter LOVES dinosaurs and Walking with Dinosaurs is coming to our city in a couple of months! I am excited to take her and the pics look cool, but I am wondering exactly what it is all about. The tickets closest to the floor are obviously the most expensive, and I am willing to pay for them, but am wondering if there is any benefit to being up higher? I have found that at the circus and at hockey games, it is actually easier to see up higher. But at things like Disney on Ice, being down low means being close to the action.
Has anyone taken their child to this show and if so, what can you share with me about the experience and your opinions on seating?
TIA!

My friend was on the crew of this event and all I remember was when he described it to me, I sincerely regretted not going to it. And I do not give a hoot about dinosaurs. I agree, with big scale shows, farther back is better!
I agree. Circus and games up high and theatre down low. Have fun!
If it's anything lie the show we went to a few years ago, you'll get a good view in the seats that are a little way up from the floor - there's no need to shell out major money for the most expensive seats..
Some of the dinosaurs are quite tall.
It's an amazing show and we really enjoyed it!
We were kind of in the middle and it was great. Many of the dinosaurs were pretty tall. Front row wouldn't have been worth it, but I wouldn't have wanted to be in the nosebleed section either.
