I put jammies and socks on my son then I put the blanket sleeper over that. He stays warm.
My 14 month old son has been waking up in the middle of the night because he gets cold! When we put him to bed he kicks out from under the covers. We were going in his room before we went to bed and covering him back up, but this past week or so he wakes up when we come in the room. Then it takes about two hours for him to get back to bed. I recently bought him those jammies are like blankets and I guess they are working but when he gets up in the morning his hands and feet are still cold! Has anyone been through this? How do I make sure he is warm enough?

How about using the jammies that have the feet in them. Or dressing a little lighter and raising the heat, although sometimes it gets stuffy at night if you take that route.
I use thermals that I bought at target and socks under my sons pajamas and he sleeps well!
I put blanket sleepers on my kids but with socks and a onesie underneath. If his hands are still cold try mittens =) also, cover his window with a blanket for extra insulation and you may just have to turn up the heat a little at night
We ended up setting the thermostat to 72 degrees (it had been at 68) and that ended the frozen toes and fingers.
