Why not add vitamin K rich foods to your diet? Add greens of just about any sort to your diet.
I add spinach to our omelets, spaghetti, and stews. No one has to know. 0.*
So I have decided that I need to add Vitamin K to my routine but which one??? I'm kind of a homeopathic person so I don't want that has a lot of fillers. Do I buy them from Whole Foods, a homeopathic store both of which are expensive or get them over the internet?
Anyone got any great suggestions???

I think you should discuss this with your physician. Vitamin K is a fat soluble vitamin - meaning it is stored in fat, not just peed out if you take excess. It is also essential in coagulation. Fat soluble vitamin are not simply harmless in massive overdoses the way water soluble vitamins like vitamin C are.
Dr Joseph Mercola online is who I trust.
Honestly, if you are planning on adding something like this to a vitamin regime, I would do it with the help of a nutritionist.
Alot of chiro office's offer nutrition. They have the fool proof way of testing to know EXACTLY what sort of vitamins you need and how many.
I did not think choosing what vitamins was something I HAD to do with some form of medical professional. Getting too much of certain things can be harmful though.
It looks like there also maybe a few sites that will help you out.
If you feel confident in knowing what you should be taking, then get too it:)
Whole Foods has very knowledgeable staff. I have always been pleased when buying my vitamins through them.
Good luck!!!!!!!
I'd recommend doing a little internet research and ordering them online. After shopping in organic stores for supplements, I am finding them to be quite a bit more expensive. I'm no expert, though, so read on and good luck. :)
Why vitamin K? Be careful with that one. It acts as a blood thinner. So too much is dangerous.
