Like, in a party room or a hotel room? B/c most moms I know wouldn't let their kids go if it's in the hotel room :)

Otherwise, just do the typical party stuff, food, games, activity, crafts, swim, cake, gifts.

I would swim, of course, then pack plenty of snacks and rent a pay-per-view movie. Let the boys pick it out and let them watch tv and eat! Your pillow case idea is cute if you have some crafty boys. You could also do a decorate you own cupcake or cookie, although probably stick to bigger candies and avoid sprinkles b/c they will be ground into the carpet! Depending upon the time of year you could also decorate gingerbread houses!

Honestly though, just swimming in the pool will take up most of the night and they will love it, plus it will wear them out!

6 year old party at a hotel? Really. Wow. Swimming? Open gifts, dinner, and the girls will make up the rest.

My son is 6 and still loves fact painting and magic shows! Maybe you can get someone to do both. Good Luck!

I would just have them all go swimming and then afterwards go to your room for cake and presents. Swimming for an hour or more is all you need! Bring lots of floaty pool toys!

Just curious as why you're doing it at a hotel? Where in the hotel? Why not a pizza place, laser tag place, bowling, park, etc.? It seems kind of hard to entertain kids at a hotel.

Typical party games. I assume you have a party room, so you will have space for running around. duck duck goose, a pinata-if you can suspend it from something, relay races, a movie and snacks. Time to play with the toys your son gets for his birthday. Bring music and they can dance. Foam swords for fighting, or introduce a pillow fight. Balloon animals. Board games. Tatoos. Video games. A seasonal craft. Anything your son likes his friends will too. Good luck with this. I hope you have help from other adults.
