Today I had a tiny amount of light yellow gold color discharge that was very stiky. Is this normal or should I call my doctor. I have not cramping and there is no blood. I feel normal.

Are you mid cycle? Could it be that you're ovulating and just have more discharge than your used to? If you don't have any other symptoms I would wait and see.

oh sounds too familiar. i've been to the doctor's many times for yeast infection. she said it is normal to get vaginitis so it shouldn't be a concern. the bothersome part is the itchiness and fishlike smell. doc said it could be due the soap we use so use mild soap such as dove. it could also be due to not washing down there enough, sweating in the area. she suggested eating yogurt which has lactobaccilus, no sex and no douching. i was prescribed a pill and also to take otc meds such as monistat. i find the pills to be very effective over otc. hope this helps.

nothing to freak out about...could be totaly normal...could be the sign of a yeast infection. wait a couple of days, see if it clears up on it's own, if it does not and is followed by itching and an odor that you do not recognize ads your own, it is a teast infection and you can buy an over the counter 1 day treatment for around $30 a 3-day for around $18 or a seven-day for around $12 or if you've got insurance and not alot of extra dough (pun intended) put a call in to your ob/gyn and they will probably phone in a prescription for it. if it does not clear up and itching and unrecognizable odor do not follow, see your doc, it may still be a yeast infection, but it could also be a number of other things, and your doc would klnow best how to go about treating them all. if you have unprotected sex and or multiple partners, and you care at all about your health, just see your ob/gyn any way and start using condoms already, unless of course you are in a monogamous relationship and hoping for fertilization, any and all other circumstances all for condoms so go down to your local planned parenthood put your hand deep into the cookie jar of free condoms and grab yourself a large handful or simply pick up a pack the next time you're out getting milk.

good luck, and don't worry yourself over this, most-likly yeast infection. and while extremely unplesent, and wretched to endure, they are really nothing more than an evil nusience both quick and easy to treat.

are you pregnant? if so (and if not), it't totally normal. i didn't have that so much, but a friend of mine had it a lot. it just depends on how your body reacts to pregnancy. towards the end you will have more of it. as our doula said, 'your body gets really juicy towards the end."

It's probably normal. You don't make it clear if you are pregnant or not.

Anyway, changes in discharge are normal, so unless it gets worse and stays that way I wouldn't worry about it.

I asked a similar question of my OB/Gyn last fall. She said that clear sticky discharge without scent within a week or two after your cycle ends is normal. If you've had sex, the color could be due to the semen. However, since it has a slight color and I am not an expert, I would call into your Gyn office to ask the doctor or nurse just to be sure.

Crazy how our bodies keep changing! I wish there was a "manual" on what's normal and changes to expect at all the stages in our lives. :0) Take care!
