Well to be honest i dont really know what is going on the past couples of days but my boobs have been in so much pain and sometimes it would be one or the other i dont know what this could be or will it just pass well if anyone has any suggesting there more welcome i dont know if it is a preg. because i never had anything different then before i found out i was preg. with my son who is 2 years old know but born at 30 weeks premature need help!

You could be pregnant but it sounds like it could be serious so I would DEFINITELY see your doctor ASAP, as the other poster recommended.
It could be that you are pregnant but it would not hurt to check with your doctor. for a breast exam although you are young you should still get checked .
My guess would be you are pregnant. If you are not I would call the MD as soon as possible!

First of all -- congrats on keeping your little star healthy and safe. Hope he is doing well. Second-- I would definitely take a pregnancy test-- you are more fertile after having had a baby than you were before.
I would call the Dr's office. It could be a clogged milk duct.
