I don't know to what post(s) you are referring. The best way to do this is to put it in the So What Happened section of your initial post.

Again, I would keep a diary of this all for a week and present it to the pedi and a nutritionist.

Just keep it up...... you may have to make changes slowly..... maybe cut out one snack time a day, to encourage the change a little at a time. Or, make it a smaller snack, so he isn't totally hungry.. a smaller serving of nuts, or whatever.

Can you mix some tofu in with the rice? The softer tofu might break up more and disguise itself in the rice...... It tends to be bland and absorb any flavors in the meal itself.... and is a good source of protein.

BTW.. I sent you a PM.. but I wanted to let you know (and others)... I LOVE the Korean seaweed! (Kim, as they call it... ) my daughter brings that home, along with a bunch of other Korean snacks/treats when she comes home for the summer... ginseng candy, dried squid, yummy stuff like that.

Good luck, C.! I do hope that you will seriously look into A. OT for sensory and oral defensiveness. I think it will really help you, along with the other suggestions.

Hugs!
