Umbrella Stroller Store Downtown?

Did you try Target? There is one on Roosevelt and there is also one up north. If you live downtown then the Roosevelt one should be easy to get to. There is several trains very close and there is also buses that stop close by. But I am not positive if they have them. Check the website or maybe call. There is also a Toys R Us on Diversey (? - not positive on the street)

Sears on State Street will have umbrella strollers, so should Toys R Us on State

I work downtown and can't guarantee the quality, but I know that Osco has them... I walk by the Osco on State and Adams and can see them in the window.

try Galt Toys + Galt Baby on 900 north michigan shops (Bloomingdale's building), I couldn't remember if they are on 5th or 6th floor.
