Do you have oily skin? If you do, wash with warm water and rinse with cold water to close the pores each time (or the appearance of it)
My pores on my cheeks are huge! Im in my 20's so I still want to feel like a sexy mommy. But alas, my pores aren't helping any. Can anybody help?
Thanks soooo much! Totally going to the organic store today!

Try a bentonite clay mask. I usually by dry bentonite from the health food store and add distilled water to make the dry powder into a clay mask. I put it on my face but not under the eyes. Let it dry. Then rinse off with warm water. Bentonite is a natural substance, that removes impurities from the skin. It can also be ingested as a detox treatment.
Watch what you eat and drink which causes your skin to react.
Also going to a dermatogist wouldn't be bad either. I just don't really like non organic chemicals on my skin.
Remember to moisturize and tone. Our faces are always exposed to the elements.
dermatologist, of course, but if you want to try patting some lemon juice, that's supposed to help...good luck. S
You need to go see a dermatologist. They can help solved the large pores problem and they know tricks that I or other mom on here can't do.They will be able to make it smaller with a priscription or with a rountine facial cleaning products.Good Luck!
One word..... MAGIX
Avon sells this wonderful product, which comes in colorless as a face perfector, and in cashmere finish liquid foundation. Here is the description in the book...
For a naturally flawless look for up to 10 hours, it banishes shine, minimizes pores, and reduces fine lines.
I have been using it for over a year now. One of the girls I work with sells Avon, and has a website that they deliver right to you (in case you don't know anyone who sells it)
Here is a http to the page for the product...

Unfortunately, few products sold in health and beauty at Health Food stores (even really reputable ones) are regulated by the FDA, so they can make all the claims they want but don't have to back them up with scientific evidence.
I'm with the group who say see the dermatologist. I have horrible skin as an adult. The only thing that will take my oily skin away is something I'm not willing to use (accutane) as a cancer survivor. So, I deal with the oil and the blemishes because I've been through worse.
Good luck - definitely see a dermatologist before you spend twice as much money on other stuff.
just as a heads up....I know you've already closed the forum...
you can feel sexy at any age, regardless of the size of your pores, the size of your body. Sexiness comes from within. I applaud my mom's friends who are in their 60s-70s & still "have it". !!!
I have oily skin and humongous pores myself. St. Ives Apricot Scrub can be bought just about anyway--Target, Walgreens, grocery stores. It's always reduced the look of the huge pores on my face. I might try the health food stores myself. Can never have too many products to combat this problem in my opinion since it is definitely annoying. ;)
