The sleep aid in Tylenol PM is more commonly known Benadryl, an antihistamine (Diphenhydramine).

It's a q for your doc. You can just ring the office and the nurse should be able to tell you.

As a life long periodic insomniac I'll frequently take benadryl to reset my sleep schedule (since it only lasts for 4 hours, and you can "power" through it if you have to stay awake for some reason, and you can wake up and soothe nightmares of your little one, or realize that odd sound in your dream is the sound is the sound of the dog being sick...yikes...time to run him outside, and it's not addictive...all things other sleep aids DON'T have). I was so tired when I was pregnant though, it never came up.

If you haven't already though, you should get your legs checked for blood clots...and SERIOUSLY try sleeping with a pillow between your knees.

How about something natural? Then there are no concerns. A good quality calcium is great for leg cramps.
I use this:

No it's not. Regular tylenol is fine, but you can't have the sleep aid that is in there. Sorry.

This is a question for your OBGYN...it depends on the kind of leg pain and your pregnancy. But, I don't think you should take the risk. I had something similar to restless leg syndrome while pregnant and couldn't take anything for it. But, my doctor gave me remedies to use that were homeopathic and such...

Give your doc a call! Good luck and congrats.
