I had a tubal reversal last year in April. In June, I got pregnant and my sweet baby girl is 6 and a half months old now. I was 23 when I had my tubes tied and cauterized and 33 when I had the reversal done. It all depends on what length of tube you have left and other physical factors. Based on the tube length that I had, my lifestyle and age, my doctor predicted an 85% chance of success, and obviously I fell into that category.
In case you have not shopped around, I had my surgery done as an outpatient @ the Center for Assisted Reproduction in Bedford. My doctor was Dr. Nackley and I loved her. We went to another doctor in Dallas originally who was great, a pioneer of the procedure, but specified a 2-3 day inpatient stay and a cost beginning @ $20k. The procedure @ CARE cost around $13k, and that included all labs, testing, surgery, etc.
Let me know if I can provide you with anymore information and good luck!
