Tubal Ligation - Livonia,MI

Well A....I am 33 yrs old and have had a tubal ligation 9 months ago with my son. This was during the C-Section. I have not had any side effects at all. I love it! The only thing I realize different is that my periods ARE longer but light. My cramps have gone completely! YEAH
I had my baby at a Catholic hospital...of course they are against getting your tubes tied. I told my OBGYN (who works out of that hospital) that I wanted my tubes tied. He told me NO. He stated that I would have to go to an outpatient clinic afterwards and get the procedure done there. Well...I then told him that I would just have to find another OBGYN to deliver my baby! BOY did that change things. I was able to get the procedure done all at the same time. (smile)

I was a nurse on a mother-baby unit for a long time. The women that I took care of that had it seemed to have quite a bit of discomfort with it. Not to scare you. Yes, Oakwood has some good doctors and Dr. Rochefort is very good. Henry Ford West Bloomfield has some great docs too.

I can't recommend Dr. Bruce Rochefort highly enough! He works out of Oakwood Hospital in Dearborn. He is the most caring doctor, ever, and he is GOOD!! His only concern is the health and well being of his patients, and he caters to them (us). His information is as follows:
