H.,
I use Comet Bathroom Cleaner. It's a liquid spray in a bottle like other cleaners, not the dry stuff that you sprinkle around. It removes the white soap scum in my tub. I spray it on and let it stand for a few minutes, then use a wet sponge to wipe clean. Hope it works for you!
Kaboom works the best, spray on and let it sit a few minutes, and honestly it will just wipe away. If it's really bad, it may take a few times.
Use your used cling free dryer sheets. I only use a half each time in the dryer. Really doesn't matter what I spray with, cleans the scum off real fast.. works on the shower wall. I use it like dental floss under my sink knobs, always a shocker what grunge comes out from under them.
It's fast and I rinse it and reuse it if its still usable when finished. Keep them in the bathroom drawer close to the tub.
Blessings, M.
We're very careful about using chemicals around the house, and especially places where the baby is (like the tub). SO, we use microfiber cloths to clean-- they have millions of fibers and actually are equivilent of using anti-bacterial cleaners WITHOUT the chemicals. You can get them at Bed Bath and Beyond, or probably even at the grocery store. If the tub is really bad, I would also recommend a Mr. Clean Magic Erasers-- they really are MAGIC! If you MUST have a cleaner, I love Method's Bath and Tile cleaner. It is non-toxic, environmentally-friendly, and smells good-- not noxious. Barkeeper's Friend or Bon Ami would be another possibility if it is really bad. But I think microfiber cloths and a little elbow grease are going to be your best bet!
