IF after you look at the manual and flip the right switch and it doesn't work, try switching out the batteries. I have this swing and when the batteries start to die the music and that rotation stops working before the swing stops swinging.
I just bought a Fisher-Price Nature's Touch Cradle Swing at a consignment sale this morning. I am trying to learn how to use it, and the only thing I can't figure out is how to make the mobile part (with the birds, butterflies, and leaves) spin around. Does anybody have one of these swings and know how to work that part?
Thanks! I found clear instructions in the manual on the website you gave me. I'm still bummed b/c the mobile won't run. So I'm going to see if new batteries help, and if they don't, i guess I'll just chalk it up to buying it at a consignment sale.

Hey S.! If you go onto the website for fisher price you can download the instructional manuel. I too have bought stuff from cosignment sales and found by looking it up on the web site for fisher price I can get many of the instructions about the items there. Good luck try it out or put in your search manuel fisher price and the name of the swing and you can get it that way as well.
yep look on the fisher price website http://www.fisher-price.com/fp.aspx?st=2002&e=product... go to the bottom it says instruction manual click on it , the manual will be in pdf form most likely.
Hi S. -
I randomly happen to have the instruction manual near my desk! On the panel on top of the swing, you'll see a power dial. Above that is an arch of dots - the second from left (a dot inside a circle) allows you to use the mobile only, without the swing, and the others to the right are mobile & swing at increasing speeds. To activate the mobile itself, use the lower right switch on the panel - it has a circle beneath it on the left and a circle made of arrows beneath it on the right. The arrow circle turns the mobile on, the plain circle off. The lower left switch allows you to choose the sounds. Also, not sure if you know that you can change the seat direction to swing front to back or side to side; the seat tube button is on the front of the swing just above the mobile. Press this button and it unlocks the seat so that it can be swiveled. Also, the seat itself reclines; there are seat position buttons on the back of it where it joins the tube - press these and you can incline/recline - it'll snap into place.
Hope that helps!

If I remember correctly, there is a red button of sorts on the front of the area where those animals are. We used that swing for our daughter but the motor burned out; it also burned out when we purchased the same swing again.
If you used it a lot watch out because the motors don't last long unless you have a plug in option which those don't.
I will tell you that the cradle shape of that chair was what saved us w/ my children. It really helps them sleep.

Visit the following web address and enter your product information in order to see if there are instruction sheets available for the swing you have purchased.

Good luck with your swing and future arrival. Children certainly are a blessing from the Lord and an answer to prayer!
