Has anyone tried any of the melaleuca products? I was recently introduced to this line of products and I wondered if you like them, hate them, or have any thoughts and suggestions before I order.

What can I do next?

Hey I used to sell it and I love their products. The only one I didn't like was the dishwashing det the one like dawn. It doesn't last in my sponge and I feel like I am constantly putting more on it. But I love their stuff I don't do it any more because I had to spend $70 a month to keep it up and I didn't have the money. I couldn't get anyone under me either because they didn't want to spend that much a month either. I even tried getting people to buy with me to make my amount go down every month and that didn't work. So good luck to you.

I have been a customer with melaleuca for over 2 years now & love their products!! I wish I had been using them since my children were born, but hadn't heard about them until a friend shared it with me!

My favorites would be the Solumel because it works on so many things from odor, to eliminating permanent marker, nail polish, stains, & too many more to name!!

I love the Renew skin therapy lotion because it just makes my skin feel amazing!!! My sister's kids have severe eczema & it has almost completely gotten rid of it!

Oh, I guess there are just too many favorites for me to name but most of all are how the vitamins have made my home a healthier place! We've only had 1 trip to the doctor in over 2 years!

To my friend for telling me about Melaleuca, I am entirely grateful! Hope you will feel the same!

My mom is a "distrubutor" only so that she can get products at a discount.
the "activate" vitamin/supplement has prevented alot of illness in our family!
the dish detergent works well with Plainville water
the "pre spot" plus works miracles on laundry stains
The vitamins are pretty heavy duty, I dont take them anymore, but I believe they have been reformulated since I took them

I love the products but you need to order alot every month and I couldn't even come close to using it so I stopped ordering... I still have stuff left. It there wasn't a monthly minimum I would go back.

We have been Melaleuca customers (we do not sell the products, just consume)for 4 years now, and really enjoy the product line (with the exception of a few products). We use the majority of the cleaning products, and really appreciate that they are not only chemical free, but are also environmentally friendly due to their concentrated formulas. The super concentration also makes it easy on the wallet! There are minimum orders, but if you are using the vitamins, you will never have trouble meeting the requirements. The other thing I really appreciate is that they are very flexible...if you ever find that you have a month where you do not need enough product to meet the requirements, then you can just request a break for that month (and up to 6 months) without penalty! If you reactivate within those 6 months, you will not need to pay for any orders missed, or another enrollment fee. I have a friend who does just that...she orders for the spring and summer months, and then they travel the country from November to April, so she just puts her account on hold and reactivates when she gets home. Hope that helps.

LOVE them! We have been customers for over 4 years now and we don't use any name brand products. It has been so wonderful for our health (especially my daughter's eczema and asthma symptoms) and our wallets (so much less expensive!) The best advice I can give you is just try them for yourself and experience it. No risk in that since they are ALL guaranteed 100% (really, truly- I have taken advantage of it!). Enjoy! Feel free to private msg me any time!

I LOVE Melaleuca... I have used it for years and will continue forever! The T-36C5 Oil is an absolute MUST - I have several, including one permanently in my travel bag.

Though I do not care for the bar soap (I find it drying), I use most all the other house and personal care products. LOVE the laundry soap, shaving cream, vitamins, supplements, etc.

If you would like any more information, please let me know. In the meantime, I would recommend trying it out. (If you would like me to order something for you or advise you, I am happy to help - not sure how you found it and if you have support...)

And just one more note - yes, it is a buying club. I have a husband and one child and have no problem with a minimum order every month. But you don't have to "sell" or "distribute" anything. You can just buy for yourself and that's it.

Hi C.,

Several years ago my husband had a client who was selling it and we agreed to buy stuff. It was not bad. The tea tree oil was good and they have a blemish stick that was decent, but the monthly orders required were so large that we still have product left over (it's been about 7 years) and if you forget to do an order, they send you a stock order. We spent more money on it than it was worth and often were disappointed in the products.

Good morning, C.! Yes, I have tried Melleuca & also got roped into selling the products as well. The products are all nice & work well, but in my opinion not worth the $$. When you start buying the products, you have to buy so much a month even if you don't need anything in order to stay active & receive the discounts. Do not get roped into selling the products!! With today's society people will not be able to afford buying the products monthly & will not be interested in placing orders. So, to make a long story short...nice products, but not worth it!!

I converted my home to these products 1 1/2 ago. The products are fantastic. I love them. The renew lotion is wonderful and everyone that I have signed up has nothing but good things to say about. The laundry detergent is also great. Haven't gotten any complaints about it. The dishwashing liquid is also a big hit. My son uses their soap line and so does my mom. I could go on and on. The vitamins are the best I've ever had. You can feel the difference in your energy level. Did you listen to a presentation or did someone you know talk to you about it. Let me know. I'd like to know how you heard about it.

I read some of the other responses and the one about it being a pyramid is wrong and yes you can be just a customer. As far as being pricey that too is incorrect. Because the products are concentrated you actually save money. For example: it would take 6 bottles of Tide to equal the loads of laundry done with one bottle of the Mela laundry detergent. Do not let some of the comments made by others deter you from trying it out. It's totally risk free. If you're not happy you can get your money back. What other company offers you that kind of gaurantee?

In going the Melaleuca way you're also creating a better healthier environment for your household and the environment.

Hi C.,

I have been out of the loop for a while trying to get taxes done and work with me team. I have used Melaleuca's products for years. I see several people have mentioned being distributors and selling. NO ONE in the company is required to sell anything and it is not advisable to do that. One only purchases what they need and use in their homes. The products are very economical. I read someone said it was a pyramid and the company has reorganized. The company has received in 24-years 20 humanitarian awards and believe me no pyramid would receive awards from the Better Business Bureau, The U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the American Red Cross, the Salvation Army, etc, if you get my drift.

The products are not pricey, but very affordable, because they are concentrated and not watered down like the retail store brands. Other companies have been charging us for water for years and I add my own water. I save over $600 per year using their products.

I hope you did join and you have completed training, but please DO NOT let yourself become a distributor finding yourself selling products. This is the only company I know that offers a 100% empty bottle guarantee, so you can't go wrong. So just be a good happy customer and share the information with as many as possible. It's all about educating people about the toxins in their homes and isn't that what Earth Day and going Green is all about?

If you purchase one of the conversion kits, you will find products you probably would not have used, which is why some have left over products in their homes, because they kept purchasing the same products over and over. There is just about 400 consumable products in the store.

Enjoy. Send me a message anytime. If you need help, you will find people from other teams are always willing to help you.

C.,
My husband belongs to a networking club so we end up trying LOTS of things but not sticking with much. We reluctantly tried Melaleuca products too. We wanted a product that was somewhat environmentally responsible, worked, and was convenient. We have been really happy with Melaleuca especially with the cleaning supplies. I get all of my cleaning supplies through them and most of our personal products (I don't like the toothpaste). We bought a house conversion pack and were sold. I love that it comes in the mail. I do grocery shopping but no more trips to target for this or that. It saves me so much time. The products last forever plus I really like them so I feel like it makes sense financially. I would never switch back to other laundry soap.

I don't sell the stuff and I admit they are pushing in the sales department. If I didn't love the products I wouldn't do business with them. However, we work with someone who we have been able t be honest with. We usually remember our monthly order and have a pretty good system for keeping track of what we need. We have a default order just in case we do forget so we still get things that we need. We have a couple people who like some of the products but don't have their own accounts so we tack on their stuff to our order too. That helps.

I hope that helps.

I used Melleuca products years ago and they were fantastic !!!
Bit pricey tho.
The entire Melleuca business is some sort of a pyramid..they have reorganized several times in order to keep it going.
It can cost thousands to get properly trained and started. I tell you this because when you buy Melleuca products you eventually will be approached to join "the team" .
Now, if you can JUST buy and use the products, great !! Go for it..these are items that do exactly what they claim they will...acutally I miss using Melleuca products.
I seem to remember some sort of a contractual thing with them...had to buy so much products each month or something like that. You may want to Google it and see if that is still going on.
Best wishes
