Any ideas for birthday celebration for twins turning 13 (boy and girl.) Traveling to Cooperstowns for baseball with family,friends and a team of 13 yr old boys.
Sounds like you already have a birthday celebration planned. What else do the boys need? They're going to Cooperstown with friends.
If you're asking how to fit in a cake, I suggest finding a park and do that party bit there.
Have them bring their iPods. ;)
Bring their presents (if you're giving them any).
Take pictures in front of fun things when you stop along the way.
Pick up a baseball ice cream cake when you're there!

If you are driving, maybe stop at some MLB stadiums along the way to catch some games, or to just visit historic stadiums at an off time.
