I have the Rav4 and love it! I have a 2007 - no problems, lots of space! Would highly recommend it!
I am considering trading my Sienna in for a Rav 4 and I am looking for some feedback about the SUV. Any information would be helpful...good, bad, etc.
Thank-you!

i have a chevy 6 cyl 4.3 engine (the best engine that chevy ever made, they also put the same engine in the toyota pick up trucks) i am now over 250,000 miles and still get 19 to 20 miles per gallon, i do regular maintance and always have. my baby is a 1990. i like the fact i have 2 full seats, 4 doors, and a back space to put things into so you dont have to stop and get into a trunk. my son and my grandson and 2 daughters after seeing me with mine for over 10 years have all gone chevy suvs. good luck GMAJ J.
I have the Sienna and really like it. I am always using the extra seats and the DVD player helps me feel less guilty on my long errand trips. I haven't looked into the Rav4 but my brother-in-law works in the fleet dept for Auto Way Toyota. his cell is ###-###-####. Even though he's not a salesman any more, he can totolly help you. It's hard to find a trust worthy car dealer, so call him and tell him I, T., sent you. I hope you get more feed back.

Sorry I can't offer advise on the Rav 4 - but I was wondering where you went to school for Occupational Therapy Assistant? This is something I am looking into and have only found that Manatee Community College offers it? Also, do you do it fulltime or parttime? Please feel free to email me directly ____@____.com
Thanks:)
I bought a RAV4 last December and LOVE it! I didn't want to move from a 'car' to an SUV. However, with new baby, the upgrade was necessary. I have to say I like driving my RAV4 more than any of my previous cars. I also read that it's a very safe vehicle, which was a huge part of my final deciion. Good luck!
This is not something most people really think about, but if you are concerned about the toxic chemical releases in vehicles (cars in the south are particularly vulnerable because of the heat), the Rav 4 has been studied to be one of the most toxic SUVs.

Hi there... I have a Toyota 4Runner which I love and have had for 5 years! The Rav 4 is much smaller but still an SUV and I know this much. Toyota makes a great car or truck so you can't go wrong. Hopefully someone that owns this particular SUV will write. It is a very dependable truck overall. Good Luck!
I owned the RAV4 for two years and loved it! It is hard to fit three people in the back seat if you have a booster. I had two boosters and I was able to fit a small child without a seat in between the two. If you do not need the extra space, it is the best car with great gas milege!!
With kids i would not trust it. My parents have a Rav4. Its good on gas but however they got "back"ended twice. and the whole back of the car smashed all the way up to the back seats. They had the warrant on the car plus insurance so they had it fixed like new again but however if you saw it you would not buy it. they're looking for a new car. really from the accident at the back it's as if it was made all out of plastic. With kids i would not trust it. if you get like a land rover.from 1997 and up... They're tanks...very safe. hope this helps!
