Hey T.!
You got lots of good info! I too, did the fairy dust on the window seal and bed (glitter) after one of the other kids in my son's class lost a tooth & excitedly told about the fairy dust! He did ask how the fairy got in the window in the winter...don't remember what I said! But it seemed to work.
My son is very bright and wants to be a cardiac surgeon (he is 12 and reads every medical book he can get his hands on!) He wrote a letter to the tooth fairy asking what her name was, what they did with the teeth, and all kinds of questions. I spent quite a few hours on line researching fairies that night to come up with an acceptible fairy name and what they did with the teeth. I think I said something like they build their roads, buildings, etc with the pretty clean white ones and throw the others out. Can't remember the name of our fairy but have the letter saved somewhere (I am a CREATIVE MEMORIES HOPEFUL with everything saved for when I can find the time!)
Enjoy these fun times!!!!

P.S. I am a Pediatric Nurse, single mother of a 12 year old boy and 23 year old daughter. I used to work in the school system and it is sooo wonderful & rewarding!!! With your background, you may be interested in what I do now - I have a home business in health and nutrition (www.isamovie.com) and assist others in dealing with stress, increasing their energy, improving health, helping athletes have more stamina and recovery, cleansing (Not colonics!), weight loss, skin care, kids products (As a peds nurse, you'll appreciate that our vitamins are all natural sweetened with Xylitol which helps prevent ear infections!), etc. My goals are to help others be as healthy and strong as they can possibly be!!
