Toddler Won't Sleep in Her Own Bed.

I put her to bed every night in her bed and wake up to her in mine. I almost had her broken but when my husband was out of town this summer she started coming back. She's so quiet that I can't hear her anymore on the monitor and I just wake up and she's on my arm. She is 2 1/2 years old.

What can I do next?

Figure out why she is doing it. Is she scarred? Sleepwalking? I'd put a sleeping bag on the floor of your room. She can get up and get in it, but if she gets in your bed she loses a privilege the next day. 5 nights without doing it gets her something she wants. Then slowly move the sleeping bag away from your bed back to her room...

When my daughter was that age I decorated her room with her favorite Disney charachter - The LIttle Mermaid. Blankets, pillows, curtains, whatever I could find. Once she had the throw pillow of the Little Mermaid to wrap her arms around, she would sleep and stop getting up and crawling between us in bed.
