I am looking for a toddler pillow that has great support and not to expensive. My 15 1/2 month old moves around a lot while sleeping and ends up sleeping on his shamu stuffed whale the winds up from Sea World or ends up wading his blankets up in a ball.

Any Suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Michelle,
I bought a traveler's pillow at walmart. The pillows are comfortable and a perfect size for toddler. Walmart also carries the pillow cases. I believe I bought both for under $8.
Good luck.

I use a supper flat reg/standerd pillow for my son. I found he slept better with one. You can find a cheap one at WalMart or Target that is flat and soft. Or just look around your house for one that you have already been using. Because my sons moves so much in bed I didn't think a toddler size one would work for him. The blanket always ends up at his feet.

Good luck,

Hi M., we also bought a travel pillow at Walmart and that's what my son uses. Just FYI though, my daughter sleeps like your son, moving around alot, and she never slept on the travel pillow or now, her regular pillow. She still sleeps on a stuffed animal or rolls her blanket up. So even though we bought the travel pillow for her it never got any use until my son came along.

M.,
I just bought a pillow for my 23 month old to start using at Linens-n-Things. It was one of their really inexpensive flat pillows that they had in the boxes in the middle of the cart isle. I think I paid $4.95 for it.

It is a standard size and it's not too thick. I also considered a toddler pillow for my daughter around that age but held off because I couldn't find one that suited me and she did just fine without it after all. Now I do think they sell one at One Step Ahead website but at a premium.

Good Luck!
D.

Honestly, my kids didn't really start using pillows until they were around 2-3, even if we offered it to them. They just didn't seem to want them. Unless it seems to bother him, I don't know that I'd worry about it.
